I was kind of in a hurry, so I appreciated that the site made it easy to find chairs fast. The checkout part felt a little clunky, though, and slowed me down more than I wanted.

Support got back to me in about no time, and they fixed the issue with my order quickly. Overall, it was a smooth experience.

I ended up returning a few extra chairs, and the whole process was really smooth. The refund came through quickly, and I didn’t have to deal with any hassle.

The chairs finally showed up, but wow, the shipping took way longer than I expected. I was annoyed checking for updates and waiting around. Anyway, the chairs are here now and they’re fine, but that delay was not fun

I bought these chairs for a small event at first glance they seemed totally fine. Nothing fancy, but they did the job. Then after just a few uses, a couple of them started wobbling, and the plastic feels way cheaper than I expected. One of the chairs already has a crack near the seat, which is kind of ridiculous. I get that these weren’t super expensive, so I wasn’t expecting luxury seating or anything, but come on, they should at least survive more than a handful of uses. They’re not the absolute worst chairs ever, but if you need something durable, I’d probably look elsewhere.

In the end, the chairs were okay and nothing was missing, so that was a relief. But when the box showed up, it was beat up—ripped, crushed, and not exactly confidence-inspiring. Everything inside seemed fine, just not the best first impression.

They actually had way more options than I expected, and it was easy to compare different styles and colors. I liked that there were cheap basic chairs as well as nicer padded ones. Overall, it was a good site when you just want to see a bunch of choices quickly...

We ordered 120 folding chairs for a church event, i still remember the little rush of relief when we started unpacking them and saw that most were in good shape. The price felt fair, especially for the number we needed, and once they were set up in the hall, they did the job just fine.

The shipping part was where things got a little stressful. The order came in two separate deliveries, and the second batch showed up a few days later than we were expecting, which had me anxious with the event getting close. We also found 3 chairs with scratches, which was disappointing but not a total disaster.

Customer service did respond, so I’ll give them credit for that, but it took a bit of back and forth to get things sorted out. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not as smooth as I hoped for a bulk order when we were already juggling a lot for the event

I’m not really sure what happened, but the chairs that showed up weren’t the ones I picked. Kind of frustrating because I was expecting a specific style, and these just weren’t it...

I picked up a few folding chairs and my gut feeling is they’re okay for what you pay, but not some amazing bargain. The price looked decent at first, though once shipping was added, it didn’t feel all that cheap anymore. Quality is fine, nothing fancy, but they’ll do the job if you just need extra seating in a hurry.
